Merry Christmas & a Happy new year people!! Its shaping up to be a big 2012 already! below here are the 2 gremlins pieces that i was lucky enough to be asked to do by the fabulous folks at MONDO. There is a reg and a variant – teh reg is an 8 colour 24 x 36 silkscreen – the variant (red version) is a 6 colour with metallics 24 x 36 silkscreen. Mondos copies sold out super quick but i will have some onsale in the coming week or so. Stay tuned to omgposters.com for any news.

Love Love LOVE this band so i was pretty damn excited to be doing a poster for them – went with a bit of an underwater them with this given the fact that they were playing in a venue called the neptune. I was super stoked to be asked to whip up a pearl jam poster for their show in Mexico City – its a 5 colour 12 x 36 screenprinted poster – A massive thanks to the band for having me on this one – on sale details will follow over the next week or so.

After meeting the awesome dudes from super vixen they gave me the opportunity to work on a new deck for elan skateboards. i decided to use the also awesome ‘board’ exhibition to work up a ‘rough’ of sorts for what would eventually be a fully illustrated version of the same piece – these will be available at all good skateboard shops in Australia pretty much from now – they are a limited run and come with a small print of the work too! I was lucky enough to be asked to do up a poster for the Foo Fighters show in both Melbourne and Adelaide – Its a 12 x 36 (roughly) 5 colour screenprint with metallic silver – these will be available at both of those shows and from beyondthepale.com.au after. When the good folks at Mondo asked me to send them a wishlist of great films that I would love to do a poster for this was right at the top of my list – so when they gave me the green light to go ahead and make this for there Mondo Mystery Movie series at The new Beverley Cinema in LA I was super excited!! Below are teh 2 end results the ‘green version’ is the variant both are 24 x 36 8 colour silkscreens. Had a lot of fun working on these. cheers!

This was a new one for the great folks at the alamo – Horror fans unite its for the classic film The Beyond. Both are 18 x 36 5 colour screenprint the bronze is the variant – the silver (which is virtually all metallics is the regualar – stay tuned to omg posters for when these may be available.

Was really happy to be asked to do a poster for the avett brothers homecoming show in north carolina – this one is an 18 x 24 4 colour with metallic gold screenprint and will be availabel at the show. I was super stoked to be asked to be part of this great exhibition in Sydney last week. This was the piece i turned in. Its a 10″x10″ acrylic on illustrtaion board and was heaps of fun to do – watch this space for many more of these types of things in the coming weeks!
